PFR ****
Campground ****
This is a nice COE. The roads are paved and parking pads are level blacktop. The sites are wide, with good grass between, and have crushed rock patios. Our site backed up to the Arkansas River, with a nice view.
There are a lot of trees, so it was very difficult to find a place where the portable satellite could find a signal. Only found 2 satellites.
There are a LOT of ant hills and gopher trails!
We didn't go into town, but there is shopping within a short distance.
They allow gray water to be drained onto the ground, using a garden hose.

I keep this blog to keep track of campgrounds we have stayed in, for our own future reference. Prior to 7/15/22, at the top of each entry is PFR. That was my Pet Friendliness Rating, of one to five *. Five being best. Now I only rate the campsite. We used to travel with 10 small dogs, but sadly, we have lost many of our elderly dogs, and are now down to just 1. So, the multiple dog friendliness is no longer important to us. Prior to 11/1/19, we traveled with 6 - 12 dogs.
