PFR *****
Campground ***
This is a fine campground for an overnight stay. Sites are pull thru and just barely long enough for the RV and car (with bike rack) to not unhook car. Sites are gravel with grass between. Our site was pretty narrow near the front, with only about 5' of grass between the edge of the gravel and the next site. There is a little more near the back. Some sites had more grass space, but we would not have had any shade. Our shade was created by the MH. There are no trees.
We did not make a reservation. When we pulled in a little after noon, there were only 2 other RVs in the park. As evening approached, a few more rigs pulled in.
They never asked anything about pets. We put out all 5 xpens. One of the staff was working on a tractor a little ways away and I'm sure he saw all of the dogs when they were out. He did not come over or say anything.
Length of stay - 1 night
$30/night
I keep this blog to keep track of campgrounds we have stayed in, for our own future reference. Prior to 7/15/22, at the top of each entry is PFR. That was my Pet Friendliness Rating, of one to five *. Five being best. Now I only rate the campsite. We used to travel with 10 small dogs, but sadly, we have lost many of our elderly dogs, and are now down to just 1. So, the multiple dog friendliness is no longer important to us. Prior to 11/1/19, we traveled with 6 - 12 dogs.
