Campground ****
We have stayed in this park several times. There are photos of some of the sites below. Most recent is 5/17 - 5/24/21.
This is a County park. There are no pet restrictions. We even told the lady who made our reservation how many dog we have, and she was fine with it.
The sites are nice width, and most are long enough for big rigs. Black top pads, with a sandy yard area, surrounded by grass. Most sites have trees, but not all provide shade. Our site, #2, seems to be one of the best sites available.
The park is very quiet. The only problem we have encountered is that there are a lot of ants in our yard area.
There is a walking/biking path in the park. Part of it is right next to site 2.
Length of stay: 3 weeks
Site #2
Rate: $24/day with senior discount
Site #7 9/26 - 10/10/16 This site is a pull-thru and is probably better than #2.
This is site #5. We stayed here 4/16 - 4/27/19. This is a nice level site, with good xpen area, and great afternoon shade. It was hard to find a place for the satellite dish, but Mike did find a place that picked up all 3 satellites, on the parking pad behind the coach. This site had VERY low water pressure when we first arrived, 20 lbs. We filled the fresh water tank and used it. Then, when Mike was refilling the fresh water tank a week later, the water pressure was 60 lbs.
This is site 18. We stayed in this site 5/17 - 5/24/21. It is a nice, level site. Plenty of room for a nice x-pen yard, although it has to be routed around the fire pit. Did not have to use the portable satellite dish. Got all 3 using rooftop.
