PFR *****
Campground ****
This is a really nice COE park. They did not even ask about pets. We got a great curved concrete pull-thru site, with the xpen side facing a large semi-private grassy area.
VERY spotty phone and text signal, but got pretty good reception on the mifi, and got several antenna TV stations including MeTV.
Length of stay - 1 night

Site #25
I keep this blog to keep track of campgrounds we have stayed in, for our own future reference. Prior to 7/15/22, at the top of each entry is PFR. That was my Pet Friendliness Rating, of one to five *. Five being best. Now I only rate the campsite. We used to travel with 10 small dogs, but sadly, we have lost many of our elderly dogs, and are now down to just 1. So, the multiple dog friendliness is no longer important to us. Prior to 11/1/19, we traveled with 6 - 12 dogs.

Northgate RV Travel Park - Athens, Alabama
PFR *****
Campground ***
This is a fine campground for an overnight stay. Sites are pull thru and just barely long enough for the RV and car (with bike rack) to not unhook car. Sites are gravel with grass between. Our site was pretty narrow near the front, with only about 5' of grass between the edge of the gravel and the next site. There is a little more near the back. Some sites had more grass space, but we would not have had any shade. Our shade was created by the MH. There are no trees.
We did not make a reservation. When we pulled in a little after noon, there were only 2 other RVs in the park. As evening approached, a few more rigs pulled in.
They never asked anything about pets. We put out all 5 xpens. One of the staff was working on a tractor a little ways away and I'm sure he saw all of the dogs when they were out. He did not come over or say anything.
Length of stay - 1 night
$30/night

Grand Ole RV Resort - Goodlettsville, Tennessee
PFR *****
Campground ****
This is a nice park, with gravel parking pads and grass between. The sites are pretty wide. We were able to put out all 5 xpens, with plenty of room.
Even though we are very close to Nashville, we don't get many TV channels. Don't get MeTV.
They did not ask about pets when I made the reservation, and did not ask about pets when we checked in.
We spent a week here with Bob & Trish. They were in the site next to us, #10.
This park is right next to some railroad tracks with frequent trains. We were pretty close, but it didn't really cause any problems. Just a little loud sometimes when trying to have a conversation outside.
There is a cafe in the campground office.
Length of stay - 7 nights
Site #9
Rate - $34.50/DAY $207.00/WEEKLY
